Took in my vintage convertible to them after getting 2 additional quotes. They were priced fairly but the distinction was their professionalism. The cost wasn't the cheapest but the cheaper quote had the added statement of, "Well, I can't see under the front (why???) but you have to remember, THIS IS JUST A QUOTE." ...adios! ABC shared the reality of matching the paint of a 24 year old car, and details surrounding the task. When completed, the car looked spectacular AND they did some small added work that was not part of the initial scope. Finally, the time-line was excellent! They are my new go-to auto body!! *They provided salient recommendations for maintaining my car.

Infinity G35 2007 door handle attempted theft. Spoke with ABC for 2 hours to locate parts & purchase myself. He spent HOURS of HIS TIME to help me save money. He was pleasant and professional! Returned a week later with both parts and he installed them in under an hour. GREAT GUYS! They may not always answer the phone but that doesn't matter to me. I stop by...we talk & he worked in the sun and for free in his office ...to HELP ME. Please take the time to stop by check the office hours first (I think from 10-1 most days) and that is when to call or drop by. Cannot recommend more!

They were extremely helpful in figuring out an AC drainage issue. They quickly discovered the issue and fixed it immediately. They were helpful in estimating the price for future repairs and were very accommodating for dropping off/picking up the car. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this location if you want good quality done for a good price. I got into an accident and damaged the front part of my HONDA. When I took my car to the shop my insurance deductible was $500 but when I arrived to pick up my car, Agustin waived half of it. Not only was he kind enough to do that for me, but my car was left like new or better.

I had to my windshield replaced here and I can say that tge experience has been an above and beyond experience. 5 stars are well deserved!

I got an old bmw car that some keyed badly few days ago. I brought the car to abc auto body collision for the paint. Both owners are so chill and has awesome service as well. My car was hit by a motorcycle on the driver side and the hole door was dented in my mirror broke and my bumper was messed up on the side as well. So a friend I went to high school with recommended them to me when my car got side swiped. :( My insurance company was being very difficult. They were not easy to communicate with and they took forever to negogiate a payment with the body shop, which pushed them back from being able to start fixing my car. However, they handled this mishap very professionally. They were able to finally agree on a payment with my insurance company, were always available to answer my questions or concerns, reassured me that everyhting would work out, and repaired my car very nicely. Overall they made a very unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible. When you call, ask for Chris. He's great!

Very impressed with this place. High quality of work and excellent customer service. Agustin and Ray (brothers and co-owners) expertly took care of the whole process, starting with having the adjuster come to the shop (even though when I called, the insurance told me I would have to go to the adjuster myself) and all the way to returning my car a week later, beautifully painted, two doors replaced. They even took care of a few pre-collision scratches on my rear bumper! A separate mention goes to the friendly and helpful attitude and a general sense of caring professionalism these guys have. They gave me a ride to and from the car rental place and offered a courtesy vehicle in case the insurance didn't provide a rental. All my questions about the repairs were thoroughly answered, and throughout the process, my impression always was that my car is in good hands. Before deciding on ABC, I checked out a few nearby places, and none of them seemed to have as high a standard of care as Ray and Agustin. I highly recommend these guys and have hard time imagining anyone not being completely happy with their work.

My car got hit while it was it was parked on the street. I took it to this particular auto body shop to get a quote on getting it fixed. I trusted ABC because Augustin knew my Lexus paint color (Black Satin) automatically. The repair is flawless and my car came out looking better than it looked going in! If that weren't enough, I had the insurance adjustor meet me at ABC and Augustin pointed out other areas of damage that I didn't notice, got the repairs covered and got my deductible waived! After the repair to the Lexus, I took in our truck for a small repair and it is also flawless. These guys can't be beat for quality and customer service.

Working with ABC Auto Body Collision has been the best car repair experience I've had. They first repaired damage to my Lexus, which has a very unusual paint color (Black Satin) and you cannot even tell that there was repair done as the job was done perfectly. The insurance adjustor met me at ABC and Augustin pointed out other areas on the car that needed repair that I didn't notice, got them covered and got my deductible waived!!! Wait WHAT?? I then had ABC repair a dent on the side of our white truck and it is absolutely perfect. I will not go anywhere else other than ABC and you shouldn't either.

I really don’t know where to start with the fabulous staff at ABC. I was recently involved with in a car accident .Ray talked me through the steps of contacting the insurance making sure i get my rental car as soon as possible so that they could start working on the car. They took great care of me constant updates of how for along the car is and when it would be ready. Driving up to pick up my car was the best part waiting outside. You could tell they had just finished washing it. Looked brand new could not believe my eyes. They do an amazing job at ABC. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Could not have been more pleased a person backed into the rear fender on our BMW since it is a medium dark blue with metallic and pearl I was concerned with if the paint could be blended. Ray assured me it would be no problem, my concerns were ill founded and I defy any one to tell where the repair was done. Also for a quite reasonable price they repaired and repainted the rear bumper where it had been hit twice also while parked in parking lots

ABC has an excellent staff. Ray made sure I understood what work was needed to have my car in the best shape possible. Also they are a family owned a business it’s very hard and rare to find that now a-days. They make sure to give you an affordable price while at the same time providing work that is far above that done at the dealership. I was astonished with the results of how my car came out. I honestly wouldn’t even think about going to a different place if I got into another accident. They have a customer for life in me.

Ray is awesome! I had some deep scratches on my car that the door needs to be replaced and needed some paint job pretty much on the whole side of the car. I was referred here and met Ray. Got my car back in less than a week and my car looked like brand new. The paint job and details are spotless, my car was waxed and polished before I arrived. They are very professional and nice. Finally found a shop that has a commitment to excellent customer service, no other shop in Fremont is up to par with ABC. They were sure to be on top of contacting my insurance and guarantying the process was handled as fast as possible with same time giving me constant updates of how far along they were. That’s only what makes there office people like Agustin and Ray so great. The work they did on my car was unmatched to any shop i had been to before. I could hardly believe it was the same car. I hope to not need to come back but if I do I know that I’am leaving my car in good hands and that they will deliver it back in an impeccable stature????

Long overdue.....

ABC is my #1 choice getting any of my cars painted.

I been to ABC 3 times in the last 2 years for 3 different fixes.

1st visit was a deep door ding on the passenger side of my car. I had it appraised two other places before trying ABC. They had the best price and because they had the best price I automatically thought they probably wouldn't be above standards. After reading the great reviews on YELP I decided I would close my eyes and hope for the best. Not only did they match the paint perfectly, Ray (owner with brother Augustine) said I could have the car back the next day. They definitely delivered.... it was a flawless transition and till this day, the paint looks perfectly blended with the originally paint.

2nd visit, bottom 2 photos, was installing a more aggressive rear bumper on my car. They had to remove the old bumper, install the new one and then paint. I asked Ray if he can take before, during, and after photos and he gladly agreed to do so. Once again ABC matched it perfectly and love the new look of the rear bumper.

3rd time (most recent - March 2018) top photo, unfortunately, someone rear ended me and dinged the back passenger side of the bumper..... brought it back to Ray and his team for repair, prime and paint. You guessed it.... 100% satisfied!!!! These guys are the TRUTH!

I had taken my Toyota Highlander 2006 with 2 major dents and other minor scratches. Agustin, Ray and the team took care of the repair work very well. They are very detail oriented and very prompt & timely in completing the work without compromising on the quality of the work. They really did an outstanding job on the car and I highly recommend them for any vehicle repair job without any hesitation.

I had a 2 major dents and several minor scratches on my Toyota Highlander 2006. This work also needed Bumper Cover Assembly to be replaced. I had token this vehicle to ABC Auto Body Collision for getting this attended. People managing the shop were courteous and took care talking to CSAA people regarding repair estimates and then promptly completed the repair job on time. Agustin and his crew are awesome! Brought my car in after a fender bender and the process of getting my car fixed and the insurance notified was breezy! Agustin was on it every step of the way. After calling my insurance and asking what else I needed they said they would need extra paperwork from the Auto Body shop stating the damage costs and by the time I called and Agustin picked up he assured me he had that information ready. I actually met the owner at the gym I go to and he showed genuine concern when he first introduced himself. After unsuccessfully trying to get to the body shop my insurance wanted me to go to because they were unwilling to accommodate my schedule, I decided to call him and he IMMEDIATELY took my car into the shop then proceeded to get me a rental.

They are extremely efficient, affordable, and absolutely amazing! They constantly update me if anything changes and ensures that I'm satisfied, which I am. I highly recommend!

Best shop I've ever take my cars too. Took a 2009 infiniti after I got hit parked on my street. They took care of everything in speedy way. Kept me informed of how my claim was going. I'm amazed at how well they treated me, how honest they are (they had a chance to charge us a lot more than they did without us ever knowing about it and were upfront and helpful instead), and how reasonable their prices are. The best thing about this place is that you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to do great work (usually presenting us with multiple options at different price points) for a fair price. I can't tell you how rare and refreshing their attitude and approach are. I can't recommend this place enough!

I came into the shop because I was recommended by a friend he told me they did excellent work here and had excellent customer service. Well before coming here I went to another shop where they're estimator was just really rude and felt like he was rushing me and trying to get other things done and not answering my questions completely because I asked information about the paint they used and how long the process would take to paint my rear spoiler and Corner louvers he said 2 - 3 days I was surprised because they were just small pieces so i left and came to ABC Auto body Collision where ray answered all my concerns about the paint and process and even showed me different ways to mount my corner louvers and and which would be most effective then just double-sided tape .they are very friendly and took their time with me I don't feel rushed at all or that they have more important things to do then my car. So then I asked when would my pices be done by he said you can pick them up tomorrow afternoon I said perfect. Next day came and they where painted nicely no runs or dirts in the clear.and when I installed them I scratch my trunk lid on the corner so I came back In to see how much they would charge me for a touch up they where very nice and said it's alright ill take care of you.that made my day=) excellent customer service great work definitely recommend to other people looking for a shop that cares for your business.

This place is great! Bought a Mazda 3 recently and unfortunately i got rear ended. Brought my car here and they were able to fix my car right away! Didnt have any issues whatsoever. Hands down one of the most professional paint shops in the area. I was unfortunately bumper tapped in the middle of 880 southbound traffic two weeks ago, and ABC got me back on the road in better shape than before. Fast work and great communication, I knew exactly what was happening with my claim at every moment. It took less than three days for the car to come out of the shop.

Ray and his brother are stand up guys with high quality work and a standard that has long been forgotten at other shops.

I have a 66 Mustang. Initially I had it painted by another business out of San Leandro that did a mediocre job. I had bubbling and bumps with the paint job and was disappointed in the quality of the paint. I took it to ABC and they did an excellent primer job and a beautiful custom paint job. I had additional detailing of black stripes down the center. The stripes were well placed. The paint job is amazing. Looks like it rolled off the assembly line. Quality paint! Really impressed with the attention to detail and experienced work crew.

This is an awesome shop, I brought my car I because it was side swiped on the passengers side. I took it to another shop and they said it was not reparable but Ray and his crew took on the job and four weeks later they repaired my 2014 370 Z to look new. Ray at ABC Auto Body Collision was very helpful. As with most car enthusiasts, I was very reluctant to leave my vehicle at a shop. I try to do everything I can myself, when it comes to maintenance, but painting and body work was not something I can do. Did a lot of research and it looked like ABC had very good reviews. I first met Ray and spoke to him before leaving my car there. He assured me that everything I needed done was no problem for them. Weeks later, after more research, I decided to go with ABC.

When the work was done, I was honestly impressed by the outcome. I needed my fenders repaired due to being too low, and needed my front valence repainted. They were able to repair and repaint everything is if nothing had happened. Would recommend all my friends to this shop.

Everyone in the area should go to this shop! In late July, I did a number on my brand new Toyota Corolla. I didn't think it was a big deal, but Toyotas are made out of marshmallows apparently! I called two shops that my insurance uses, and they both quoted me 2-3 days for an appointment. They also didn't really care about staying open so I could come in really quick.

I found ABC on Google and called them at 5:45p.m. on a Friday, right before they close, and the owner was so sweet, he told me to come on in! I came in so upset and he took me in right away, showed me everything he was calculating and told me how the whole process would work. And then he even offered me a ride to the rental car place.

Fast forward to picking up my car. It was worth the wait. The car was flawless and spotless. They do beautiful work here but most importantly they have clean business practices and a high level of customer service. I'm so happy I found these guys!

Our Brand New car had a bumper scratched accident. Indeed, it was bothersome to see scratched on a new car. ABC Body Shop saved the day! With one call, we were asked to drive to Stevenson and was assessed immediately.

It was a warm accomodation and had professional negotiations. The procedure was explained in detail. It maybe a little pricey ($$$) but the work was awesome.

Excellent shop very professional. they don't play here they work on very high end cars as well as regular cars when I came in they had 2 Ferraris getting fixed and I also saw some Hondas so don't be shy about bringing your cars here. The guys here really try to help you out in everyway they can they even helped me with a rental car knowing my insurance wouldn't cover it. just got too say thanks ABC for the great work and excellent service.

They gave me a very reasonable deal treated me kind and even picked me up and dropped me off to my workplace (although it is almost right next door, not very far away or anything).

I paid to have them fix a cheap job that was fairly hastily and poorly done.

Although it took a while (due to my own complacency) to get all the details just perfect. I can say I'm now well satisfied.
